Last chance -

Did anyone do a last chance workout today?
If so, what did you do?

  1. Today Bucky and I hit up 24 Hour Fitness for about 1 hour. This is what our last chance workout consisted of:

    20 Minutes - Eliptical
    1000+ meters - Rowing
    20 Minutes - Running/High incline walk on treadmill
    15 - High intensity stair stepping

Well we had a very good attempt at one, but with 4 kids (2 extra neighbor kids) accompanying us on our power walk/run we didn't get any further than 2.75 miles. but we did step ups on the park bench for two minutes while the kids played and Eric did push ups, jumping jacks and crunches while watching TV. Trying to fit it all in somehow.

    It's nice to see how other people are fitting exercise into thier everyday lives.
    Sometimes unless you are a trainer, single or have no kids it is extremely hard to get in fitness time. Great job! Those are some great ideas =)
